Account and subscription terms

Your account
Use an email address you control. Keep sign-in details private. A landlord account can manage only portfolios it owns or is authorised to manage. Platform staff accounts are invitation-only.
Getting started
Verify your email, choose a plan and complete subscription checkout to activate portfolio management. New accounts do not include a free trial. Existing trial and paid agreements keep their previously agreed access. Restricted portfolios remain readable and exportable.
Monthly subscriptions
The selected plan and monthly amount are displayed before checkout. Subscribing starts a paid period after verified payment. Payfast collects payment for RentHub and renews monthly under the authorisation you accept at checkout. Access activates only after verified payment confirmation.
Cancellation and failed payment
Owners can cancel renewal in Billing. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period. Failed renewals have a three-day grace period; continued non-payment restricts portfolio changes. Records are not automatically deleted. Contact support about disputed or incorrect charges.
Rent and property information
Tenant rent is separate from your RentHub subscription. Tenants can pay directly into the landlord’s nominated bank account. A proof of payment alone does not confirm receipt; bank credits must be reconciled and approved. Optional connected provider payments settle to the landlord’s merchant account. You remain responsible for rental agreements, listing accuracy, tenant communications, property maintenance and payment instructions. RentHub is not an emergency reporting service.
Acceptable use
Do not upload information you are not entitled to use, misrepresent properties, attempt access to another workspace, or use the service for fraud. Account access may be suspended to investigate misuse or protect the service. Contact support for account or billing assistance.
